Capacity Brain

Refund Policy

Last updated 12 September 2026

How refunds are decided

Refunds for Capacity Brain subscriptions are handled in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms, together with the mandatory consumer rights that apply to you in your jurisdiction. We do not offer a general satisfaction guarantee or an unconditional money-back period beyond what Paddle's policies and applicable law provide.

Who processes payments and refunds

Purchases are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record for Capacity Brain, operated by PINTERIOR DESIGN SRL, Romania. Paddle handles payment processing, receipts, applicable transaction taxes and refund processing, in line with its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy linked above.

How to request a refund

  • through Paddle buyer support at paddle.net, using the email address you purchased with;
  • through the Paddle customer portal linked from your receipt, where available;
  • through our Contact & Support page if you need us to review or escalate a request.

Refund requests are assessed under Paddle's Refund Policy and applicable law. We may decline refund requests where Paddle's policy does not support them and no mandatory legal right applies, to the extent applicable law permits.

Cancellation is not the same as a refund

Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals. Where cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current billing period, access normally continues until that paid period ends. Cancelling does not automatically return a payment already made — a refund is a separate request, handled according to Paddle's policies and applicable law.

Statutory withdrawal and consumer rights

Nothing in this policy removes or limits mandatory withdrawal, cooling-off or refund rights that apply to you under the law of your own country. In particular, if you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, the consumer protections applicable to digital content and services — including the statutory withdrawal right and its rules for digital services — are preserved to the extent they apply. Which rights apply depends on your location and whether you buy as a consumer or a business, so we do not state that any one country's rules apply everywhere.

What happens when a refund is granted

  • the refunded subscription may be cancelled or adjusted, and paid access may end;
  • your subscription status in the application is updated to reflect the refunded transaction;
  • workspace data is preserved for a period according to our retention practices described in the Privacy Policy, so you can export it or return later.

Founding Member pricing after a refund or cancellation

Founding Member pricing is attached to a continuously active subscription. If the underlying subscription ends — through refund, cancellation and expiry — Founding Member price protection ends with it. If you subscribe again later, the then-current public price applies unless we explicitly grant another offer.
